Hi and a very pleasant day to all. I have with me a samsung galaxy s4 active i537. The device was working fine until i left if over night doing nothing only to wake up the next morning get absolutely nothing from it. When conneted to pc the device only shows as "qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008. Please assist me to get this device working again.
