activation

good morning just did a Activation of atf the JTAG service but still does not turn me sige out the same mistake that I have 39 log to activate it and page through the activation but not yet prosede help me with this please expect an answer urgent thanks

activation not yet made effective and already spent more than 8 hours and I still can not sige Asher me out I do not have to log 39 proseder nesecito an urgent solution
