Same problem For Me When I update Firmware
It say error server conection

Any solution Atf Team

2. Close ATF Software.

3. Open ATF Software (BOX NOT CONNECTED)

4. Go to Product Support Tab ---> Box Tools

5. Connect BOX To USB Port

6. Click "RESTORE EEPROM"

*** Make sure correct drivers are installed after RESTORE EEPROM

7. Click "RESTORE BOX"

8. Final Step, click "UPDATE FIRMWARE"
