Hi team...plz tell me why...lost my credet,,,

before update 10 vergen I had 151..now (you need 49 credets to Activate).....

1) lost atf network activation , - sw ask for additional 49 credits.
2) lost srp credits

when solve this ATF NET problem?, today is 17/08 and always my Atf Net whith 51 credits is "NOT ACTIVATED", i cannot Authorizze any phones, after activated Jtag stop working this side, please solve it,

When I try to authorize I get 49 credits message.
Ive used atf before is bought already activated and Ive authorized and read sl3log for dozen of devices.
