Can't install v7.40 installer.... - GSM-Forum

Hi! anyone encountered this error? im trying to install in my new laptop but its always got this error. Ive successfully install last week in my desktop pc with same OS and installer but i couldn't imagine why it can't run on my laptop.

Anyone have the idea or advance team please help me solve this...thanks!

P.S.
I can install the lower version like 5.10 successfully, only in version 7.40 got this problem.

Already disabled but still problem occurs..........

Any tricks how to solve this????

bug in your setup download another and intall again

How could it be a bug? i used same installer in my other pc and it run smoothly.
