I TRY TO FLASH INFINITY BEST,MXKEY,ADVANCE but same
phone stuck on local mood
its hardwaer problem?

Hi,

Try with other CNT file of that same version...
If not helps, change firmware version - use some older
or newer than you are flashing (if available).
