i have MSI board w/ 2 pcie x16 with 2xHD6990

can i add onother hd6990 on pcie x1 slot? using the pcie x1 to x16 riser

so i can LBF w/ 3 x HD6990

Yes, but is better to use powered extender.

i buy from ebay.com pcie x1 to x16 but detcted only as 'PCI Simple Communication Controler'

can you share how to put that power connector?

work done.. riser modification - 12v power & some jumper
