You just need SDC File.

SGH-I747_4.4.2_16GB_I747UCUFNE4.sdc

Use ATF Plus -----> SDC Tool and write this to a 16GB class 10 or better card.

Put to phone after, then force download mode in phone.

Then JTAG maybe your other option.

I can prepare JTAG unbrick files within 24 hours.

I still need to make pinout etc...

This phone can repair by jtag so why don't try first, if not ok then try ISP method later.
