It should be something like USB\VID_05C6&PID_???? The PID Value is important to know... So we will know how to solve your problem. First, try to Charge the 720 Battery externally using external charger. If your 720 is really dead, then it will not charge battery at all. Once you give correct PID for both 710 and 720, then we can suggest solution. |

720 USB\VID_045E&PID_062A&REV_0000 This means phone is LOW BATTERY and it is Charging the Battery. Try to charge it first for few hours via WALL Charger. If it still cannot POWER UP, open phone and check voltage of Battery +/- when it is disconnected form the phone's PCB. You can either repair boot via eMMC TP (FREE NO NEED ACTIVATION) or via ATF JTAG (NEED ACTIVATION) More Info you can find here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f609...830-a-1830880/ 710 VID_05C6&PID_9006 Is your phone detected as a new HDD Drive? If it is not detected as a HDD Drive, then phone is probably BOOT dead and you need to repair boot via eMMC TP.

For 710 (RM-803) when I connect it, it will prompt "You need to format the disk in drive F:before you can use it. Do you want to format it?" Then if I checked DEVICE MANAGER, it detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 (COM91)" under "Ports (COM & LPT)" If I go to the eMMC Direct, the "Restore DloaD" is not highlighted, Please how will I solve it?
