first u check ur box registerd or not if not then registerd then not booting anyphone now so u registrd ur box after ur prblm is solve if u already registred then contact with ur resaller

same problem bro even i check with working phone mobile not go in test or local mode.

Use "BUSCHECK" Button to Force the Phone
into Local Mode... Then "SCANPHONE" after.

For N95, N95-8GB and E90 Phones, you need a
Test Mode Adapter to provide some Extra Power
so that the Phone will go into Local Mode...
