New hash authorize

I authorize yesterday an new hash phone on my pc and today when i try to work with same phone to my laptop y had to authorize same phone twice.
So i paid 10 credits to work with same phone.
Please check this think ATF Team because i supose authorize of phone is made by imei and is enough once time.

see i highlight your text, what did you say? "once is enough" so dont authorize it twice


if you already did authorize it why do you need to , to do it again??


right???


if you will authorized it again and again we will deduct credits from you
as service , server and maintenance is not cheap and not free.

Thanks for answer.
I authorize phone on my pc but i forget to take file for bruteforce on stick and i belive once authorized i dont need to pay again for that operation so i connect the phone to laptop and authorize again because i need the log in other location.
Its my fault of course because i understand authorize is authorize and dont have to do it every time.

i also thought that once it is authorized you dont need to do it again if we need again the .sha file

login to support site.. you will see all the sha file there with
tabbed name "My Authorized phones" you can download it directly from there.

we'l wait with the management if we can refund the extra credits you used.

You have right the file are in that location and can be downloaded and now i have that file there two times.
Its my fault because i forget that but i think will be ok if software recognize automathicaly authorized phone by imei and say ,,phone already authorized-download file from support".
