5130c is SL3 Phone.

Therefore, PM 308 is WRITE-PROTECTED and Simlocks are in PM 120. Try to write
original PM 120 back to this phone, but I suspect somebody already tried to full
erase this phone using another BOX.

If you have good PM 120 and the phone was not FULL ERASED before, then you
might be able to fix this.

Do not confuse other boxes that can unlock some SL3... They can unlock, but they
CANNOT FIX once simlocks are damaged.

Pm 120 means the PM that was backed up for this phone, that contains the Sim Lock data,so no body can give you a PM 120, If you don't have it then it is not possible to fix it
