ATF Box is not in USB 2.0 Mode


ATF Box is not in USB 2.0 Mode
==============================================

* Go to "Product Support" tab and click the
* "Restore Box" Button to fix the Box Firmware

** If Problem is Not Solved...
1. Make Sure you are NOT using USB HUBS
2. Make Sure your USB port is USB 2.0
3. Make Sure you are using the latest Drivers

*** If Problem is STILL Not Solved
1. Use a THICKER USB Cable
2. Connect ATF Directly to the Root USB Port
3. Uninstall Drivers, Reboot PC, Reinstall

**** If you are still Stuck...
1. Search your entire PC for "ftdibus.sys
2. Delete all "ftdibus.sys" files you find
3. Reboot PC...
4. Disconnect ATF Box and all Boxes from PC
5. Run C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Remove_ATF_Drivers\Remove_ATF_Drive rs.bat
6. ReInstall ATF Software
7. Connect ATF Box Only to your USB Port
8. Install the Correct Drivers

i also have the same problem,,even i posted flashing log but no responce then i left asking for support.

even this fone got alive from other flashing tool

atf answer a lot of us are facing this same problem i just got my box 5days ago but i can't use it since then when i press restore box it shows server error

Strange no body is helping mothsd.
Connect atf directly to PC.
check PC bios if usb port are set to usb2.0 mode and latest PC drivers are installed.
use latest ATF drivers from atf folder.
connect only ATF to PC, specially don't connect with UB connected.

No Brother... I had tested all the solutions you can imagine.... Its (weak electricity) problem..
I have connect nokia chager on the gpg cable ( A TO B Cable)..
the problem was gone..

Don't connect nokia charger as its output is 6 to 8 volts approx. it may damage your box.instead of that use regulated 5v.also check your box by connecting it to dc supply set at 5v ,how much current it consumes w/o phone attached.my box take less than 10ma.if your box draws more current ,than replace it if in warranty period or try to repair it.

Its work fine with the charger output 5.7 volt....
