Member: 651945 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20,118 | <<< Samsung eMMC Write Protection Removal >>> 1. First Make sure eMMC inside your phone is Samsung Brand. If any other brand like SK Hynix, Toshiba, Sa.ndisk etc... then this solution will NEVER WORK. 2. So if eMMC is Samsung, just wire eMMC Connection and do this: If you do not know eMMC Pinout, then you can Find the eMMC Pinout via following Steps here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f609...orial-1908984/ So here we see eMMC is SAMSUNG Brand and PERM_WRITE_PROTECT is YES... This means eMMC is WRITE PROTECTED... So here just select Advance Function "Samsung Remove Write Protection" then click "YES". After Operation will finish, click "SCAN EMMC" again to see the updated Write Protection Information... see here it is already Removed... *** This procedure WILL NOT TOUCH DATA on your eMMC. Whatever was inside your eMMC before the procedure is 100% same as after the procedure, except only that Write Protection was Removed! *** |
