How to boot & format GrameenPhone C200..........

thnx sir for your reply sir.........i tried many time but not booting........its V3 port.......i tried 6.28 & 6.36 both version..........not booting.........

actually what is the rule.........when scan pressing power button continuously or when scan press & hold power button as like MTK........plz waiting for soon reply sir........
