Networks put "locks" on your mobile phone so that you cannot use just any simcard from any network, for example Vodafone will lock their mobiles to Vodafone so that you can only use the phone with Vodafone. Its obvious why.. they want your custom and want you to be restricted to them.

I'm understand ? If so, you must use other method to unlock.In my country no lock.

CPU MTK ? If so ,plz look vdo.try it

I Think There Problem Security Code With That Phone..............

Bro Symphony T45 have MSTAR8533C cpu.in the back side of the board there have 5pin out called dm,dp,chg,vbat boot connect all pin by wire and then connect to gpgdragon box and try to read flash.

You Can Try To Soldering By Iron / Scan SPD Quickly Wait For Pin-finding Completely Then Open MSW Platform Manually Then Your Expected Job......
