i have the same prob too with my hti green..

especially on bb5 phones....it seems i cant save any back-up rpl coz of the same error whenever i do "bus check"...

tried it on good units as well..same problem...error on bus check but "localmode" is ok
so if i tried reprogramming it stops giving me this pocket error...

all it can do is remove bb5 security codes..and reset factory values...no flashing for bb5

unless supported via usb flashing then it can do the reprogramming...

so i ended up no flashing for n-series and s-40/60 phones

..cant back up either..

hope you could address this issue with green hti users....

or be bold enough to TELL US TO BUY NEW HTI(orange)box!!!..hoping for a reply..

i have also green hti . i think it is dead now gr8 update to kill green hti . only for bussiness purpose killed green hti`s.
