newly bought, using win7 home premium 32bit
any sugestions?
cannot update HTI firmware ver 0.48

Waiting for HTI in boot mode ...
ｻ Begin transaction ...
Initializing HTI ...
ｻ End transaction (status: 3, Failed to read device info.)

sometimes update frimware works but still 0.48
followed all the steps for no security dongle detected ... Help plsss....
(all works except update of firmware)

already did that..... hti security module can be detected and software have been updated..... only problem is i cant update the firmware to 050 from 0.48.....

installed win xp as secondary os, problem fixed....... hti update doesnt work with win 7.....
