hti box dead sulation please tell me

when i connect hti box wth pc it doesnt on light and it wont detect with computer.box is dead.if u hv dead sulation for hti box please help me

yes i have 3 green mx box none of them are getting detected.no solution till the date from mxkey team.i think they are here only to make money not for costuer support.

i have orange mxkey its dead ,, where is mxkey team ,,,, they cheat all mxkey customers...
