mxkey dongle usb not flashing light anymore - GSM-Forum

hey guys,dont know if there is a topic bout my situation yet but anyway...i was so exited bout activation and registration of my new dongle neva used...been tying very hard obtaining my own key up untill before i press Synchranise files button....the update was running smooth till i see some files failed to load...my connection is strong enough and i made sure im not browsing or do anything wich might interfere with the process..so now its getting detected by windowsXP as an unkown device and that it has mulfunctioned...and ther is not even an orange glow (which i love in the dark)anymore..like a dead thing....if you could kindly help me with any procedure to get my buddy to work please..its been 3dyas now...i wnit to try difrrent ways first before asking help...would gladly aprreciate it guys...thank you again for reading
