please,i need help on this,1;i lost my hti ibought another one of which i loaded 200sl3 logs,it also died with all logs on it.Now i have one iphone locked on at&t s/n 013204005209245, can i unlock this phone using those logs i had on the dead HTI ?

please help me get back my money by putting log on my card please,for:
