Blackberry 8120 [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Please help me to find codes for an Blackberry 8120.
When i try to calculate codes he said i have no credit but i have Blackberry activated and when i want to read codes he give me error.
Here is the log.

The client cant stay few hours to unlock a phone for an activated service already paid by me.

I do it with another tool.
This is not an good atitude for the customers.You have to do something.In three and a half hour no answer from supporters.
