BlackBerry 8520 New Mep unlock?[ANSWERED]

Hi, I have one BB 8520 with new mep not supported from program, the log of operation:

CALCULATING [BY SERVER] PLEASE WAIT: OK!
19:34:11 > IMEI: 358473039034050
19:34:11 > SIMLOCK: MEP-06813-002
19:34:11 > NCK CODE: NOT SUPPORTED

My question is, it's possible to unlock?

im thinking of getting the Blackberry activation for Micro-Box. So once i get this activation, then i can unlock all the Blackberry phones for free, rite? without the need of any logs? and will it unlock the phone straight away?
