HTC Touch HD (Blackstone) unlock? - GSM-Forum

Hi support team, one question for model Touch HD (Blackstone - BLAC100), is this model supported or not?

I can find that model on list of supported models on site, but on software can not find. (AIO,HTC)

We have micro box, with HTC activation, with old HTC cable, only don't have new HTC Pro Cable2..

Please can post "full getvar info" or Model Id of this Old Htc?

Our AIO Sw in Automatic do see you if need "Htc PRO 2 Cable" or if is possible unlock with AIO version.

NOTE: for some Phones you see Supported by Server but cannot see in Our Sw AIO, you can use "Special Credits" for "Factory Unlock".

In this video there is model Blackstone..but version V2.0.2.4, read codes..

On support i find version V2.1.8.0, but no read codes options, and cannot find HTC Micro-Box Tool.cab on support..like say in manual:

1 - Install Microsoft ActiveSync on your computer
2 - Download HTC Micro-Box Tool.cab from support
3 - Connect Your HTC to your computer with ActiveSync
4 - Copy the HTC Micro-Box Tool.cab file to your phone
5 - Install the file on your phone

Currently we not have credits to try unlock via codes, and don't know phone carrier..
This is an old and chip model, if it is not supported anymore, just say and i give up

sorry for delay, was working for you.

Solution are 3:

A) or you wait that our coders will have a little of time for manage you issue with this Old Htc...

B) You buy "Htc PRO2 Cable" and no need any Htc activaction tryng with this.

C) Buy Special Credits and Unlock by Imei...the more easy way.
