3gs battery drains quick - i've already replaced the battery 3 times - GSM-Forum

So I got an iphone 3gs but for some reason the battery doesn't seem to last long. If left unattended overnight the battery will be drained. I've taken it apart and looked for signs of bad hardware but cant seem to find anything. any ideas?

have u got baseband 6.15 if yes i had same prob
wat i did was use redsn0w_win_0.9.6b6 usee 4.1 and insted of 4.2.1
and job done now my 3gs bat last for 2days hope this helps

I forgot to mention iphone is stock 4.2.1 freshly restored. no baseband upgrade so im running 05.15.04.

And do not forget to activate with original sim card, which phone is locked to.
