3GS no sound from ear speaker


Hello i donr have sound on my 3gs ear speaker
i try to change speaker litle ribbon cable and i test on anoher iphone its work so problem its on mainboard i check conntacts are clear

any suggestions to bypass ear piece or somthing.

when you wont listen something on ear speaker - press volume button and what you see on screen ?

Volume up or headset volume up ?

if in doubt just take the main board and fitted in another iphone housing to test

If that works then just change your top flex (pow button, vol keys, headphone jack etc)

this is for the 3g but if you follow the circuit in the 3gs is very similar

But my guess is your top flex faulty.

Same problem here after replacing back.
No sound on ear speaker, proximity works.

Other phone, ear speaker works, primity also.

So I think also problem logicboard...
