4S no show apple logo when usb plugged in without battery - GSM-Forum

I have iphone 4s Fake charging.
I tried jumper L3 and L4, Voltage meassured at C225 (V BUS Protected) = 5V.
UsbHS_N and UsbHs_P jumpered and have Resistance on it.
But still not charging.

The phone Connected to PC When ON Position, and show charging indicator, but the battery wont charged (Fake Chrging).

I tried connect to PC without Battery, the phone NOT showing Apple Logo and restart just like Normal Iphone. So i guess it must be the problem.

What can i do next please help.
btw, the phone is ex water damaged.

Need help from you guys.

try to check first ur mother board if shorted or not, if not then try to replace Q3 ic or remove and make jumper

but i think ur mother board is shorted becoz it has history of water damage

Thx u for your respon,
i have replace Q3 still same, tried jumper also problem still remain.
With supply there is no current before power button pressed.

maybe has short somewhere else
