1. Update your device to the latest iOS 7 version. Some users reported that the iPhone 5S blue screen of death happen after update to iOS 7. And Apple claim that iOS 7.0.3 can fix this bug that there is no hard to update your iOS 7 to the newest version to check whether it helps or not. 2. Use “Reboot Device” in Tenorshare iPhone Data Recovery. iPhone Data Recovery program not only just for file recovery, but can restart iPhone from blue screen of death. You can find the “Reboot Device” in the installation directory of this executable program as the picture shows: It is very simply to reboot blue screen of death iPhone: >Download iPhone data recovery program and install it on your computer. Find the Reboot Device app in installation directory and open it. >Connect iPhone with computer and once the program distinguishes your device, your iPhone will reboot to normal automatically. 3. Contact Apple. Tried everything you can do but still fail? The last thing you can do is to contact Apple for support and service, and wait.

Mac: /users//Library/iTunes/iPhone Soft*ware Updates Windows XP: System Drive:/Doc*u*ments and Settings/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes/iPhone Soft*ware Updates Windows 7: System Drive:/Users/Your Username/App Data/Apple Computer/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates If you faced the error while upgrading your iPad or iPod, the last location path will change: ../iTunes/iPod Software Updates or ../iTunes/iPad Software Updates 2. Now, restart iTunes & begin the update again. This time iTunes will download a fresh copy of software update file. If you’re trying to restore by using the downloaded iOS 7.IPSW file: 1. Re-download the IPSW file. 2. Now, restore to this newly downloaded IPSW file via iTunes. All done
