hi I have an iPhone 6 plus that I dropped and is dead now!!
I changed the power IC and when I connect it to power supply is goes .08 and 0.00 fast. before I change the power ic it was absolut zero.
anyone has any idea!!??
I checked the power button its 1.8. I don't get 4.1!!

it has short, power supply telling you that....

It doesn't!! When i connect it to power supply, i get zero amp!

Try to rehot PMIC, Pins may not good contact

I did and replace it with 2 others no luck

Likely got CPU too hot changing PMIC
