Ipad 3 A1430 after removed R1204 now in DFU but can't restore firmware
what problem and how can i solved it?

Ofcourse my Ipad mini2 retina = model A1490.

I removed r1204 and 1205, i connect it to itunes but itunes detected my ipad mini2 retina as iphone.

Please help me to fix it..

It's not working for iPad wifi models it's only working gsm model iPads ... Bcz gsm model iPad iCloud register with imei in apple data base when you remove resistor from your iPad gsm it's convert to iPad wifi model.. After convert it it's activate with serial no.. so iCloud gone .. But iPad wifi models register at apple server with only serial no.. Serial no with iCloud activation already register in apple data base so wifi models cannot be bypass this method ...

After remove r1204,,its came dfu mode..but in restoring..its come error 4014..please help

Success bypass ipad mini retina.
Remove r1204, r1205. Jumper r1205 to r1206

You can't bypass ipad wifi. Cause modify remove gsm imei to wifi address so that ur ipad become ipad wifi even the ios is gsm ipad
