how to solve?

It looks like corrupted baseband. I had this same issue in iPhone 4 and only reball solved this problem.

@corpuzjonar as you can see there is no universal solutions. One helps change the cable, other replace battery. First of all check the logs.

agree with kashif...tried evthn for 2 days...only by using original usb cable manage to pass error 4013

I think it has to do with Power ... ( Battery or the Usb connector )

Hi.
i got this error 4013 (iphone 4) no help with change my data cable, edit host file, even i use another pc with fresh instal windows. and i charging the phone 12 hours, after that i can restore my phone but if battery above 94% its freeze and can't restore again.
if i charging 100% its normal for restore.
i think its related with hardware (battery or ic power maybe baseband processor didn't get normal voltage)

This is definitely a NAND failure, replace the NAND as the FTL driver is corrupted.

I HAD same probleme, by instaling latest itunes and uninstallig entivirus, firewall disabled all ok...hope that will help you

Error 4013 when upgrading ios7 I met on the iphone 4s and have histories are 3 machines. This error occurs due to wifi ic, ic testing you try wifi on iphone 5. Wishing success!

how the way check iphone before restore its be erorr-1 or error 4013 or after restore no imei no wifi ..... i have 3g and 3gs checker but dont have iphone 4 & 5 checker who know about plz

sir why don't try to replace battery, & put into proper DFU mode, din restore it on latest itunes ang latest i5 ios...
