Help please my iphone is dead

hello mi iphone is a 3gs, the problem is: iphone dropped to floor an no turn on more. chek the cable , the charger ok. change the digitizer and lcd screen. check the battery an is ok the tester mark 3,7 volts
no see fisical damage in the logic board .

any idea ? please help me

Does it give any sound or completely dead?
DId you try to check all connectors?
Since all the ICs in the PCB are glued to the PCB you would not need to use hot air, but my suggestion is - try to use it. But not too much, and keep it over the ics only.
IMO it just some IC contact with PCB was lost due to the hit.

and for you the connector 4 y ok ? a little gap no like very much see photo

the glue has to be on all sides of the ICs That's my zero doubt that one of the ICs is not. but seems to be completely glued to the PCB.

The power button looks good to press on seems to be perfect.
the flex cable is also perfect. there any way to test it.
