Hi, this is the WIFI chip. You need to replace it. You will feel it is hot in that area

THere is a youtube vid by REWA for removing caps inside the wifi chip, I have done this a few times but doesn't work as intended, the phone doesn't heat up but the wifi stops working after ten minutes!

Does your phone get heat itself or it's cold and showing temperature issue? Because it can be faulty temperature sensor. For my own phone it was faulty battery.
