I removed the 2 resistors as mentioned by pasha4ur,ipad has ios 14.1,but after restore no wifi !
any help ?
by theway the trick didn't work to bypass icloud

Also you need change serial number, bt/wi-fi mac, and replace wi-fi module

from cellular to wifi you must need to replace wifi ic

but right now issue is ipad not activating with in SN wifi bt info

here's the situation ,ipad is cellular and i converted it to wifi ,now after bypass wifi not working (greyed out),pasha4ur posted on his website that wifi drivers are needed to fix it
can any one help in that matter ?

You need this wifi ic 339S00109 you have to replace it

back when pascha4ur wrote these guides, the ipads had seperate iPSW for wifi and cellular models respectively. So you had to extract the wifi drivers of the iPSW for cellular version and replace them inside the iPSW for wifi version.
Now that all ipad versions share the same iPSW i think you would have to rename the drivers for the wifi-only ipad. But i dont even know if it still works.

I also read somewhere on thiss board that you can jailbreak and manually insert the correct drivers into the filesystem, but i cannot confirm that

I can access system files the ipad is jailbroken,i need paths for the files which should be renamed,if the files can be extracted and pasted into the ipad will be good,someone explain how plz

which SN WIFi BT info you used ?

i didn't use any sn... i only converted it by removing resistors now it's detected as wifi

You can't activate without new SN info
Because old SN is locked so how you activate without SN wifi bt info

After ios 13 or 14, icloud got locked by serial number instead of udid so,
if you do this trick on any ios 13 or 14 idevice (can't recall but its been some time so its probably since ios 13),
you still get locked device.

When this trick worked, wifi devices got locked by udid.
As soon you change device ID, udid changed and gsm that were locked by SN,
got unlocked because wifi dev were locked by UDID.

On IOS 13, apple changed the rules on the SN/udid dev lock.

Hence the need to do the sn/wifi/bt/etc programing. In this case also replace the wifi ic or, if you can, the wifi drivers.

1)So on 13,14 ios wifi only ipad devices new serial bt wifi is enough (no need replace wifi ic)

2)but on cellular 13, 14 ios devices you must also replace wifi ic. After resistor mod.

Final question if iPad activated (after mod/ serial) in ios 11, then updated to 13 and full reset will it activate again with no problems since server accepted once before?
A) for cellular device?
B) for wifi device?

Am I understanding correctly
