iPhone 3gs "charging not supported with this accessory"

I have this iphone 3gs no signs of water damage that I can tell but it is not charging because it says "charing is not supported with this accessory"
I tried replacing the charging port but same thing still. I know it's a problem with the board. any ideas?

Help please,

I have the same error when I used the USB cable. I could sync using the same cable and it would charge using a wall charger.

It would not charge through the USB cable.

I have check the diode near the PMIC IC and it was OK.

I tried known working USB cable with same error.

Replaced charging flex/dock with same problem.

Could anyone help me please....... please
