iPhone 4 No Sim card after water


iPhone 4 No Sim card after water.

i set date and time, imie wifi bt ok!
others is working fine, but no sim
i cleaned the sim tray:


and the ic


i will just remove this ic?

Check if you have 1.6V at the Switch on the SIM-Holder when you open it. then check the VCC-SIM voltage in the Moment when you open the Switch. it must Pop up for a very short time. Also check for any low resistance on all 6 SIM-Contacts (except the GND) they must be in MOhm-range.

The 1.6V is missing. (I tired an another board, on the second board is come 1.6V when i disconnect the golden connector.)

(It's a 1MOhm 01005 SMD)

i can't jump it because it's 1megaohm, right?

the 2 pads are missing, how do you do it?

i think scratch the lines and solder with thin wire and the resistance...

omg, that's bad! no Chance to grab the broken pad? maybe you can just solder a resistor to the Switch and connect it to the 1.8V line with a very small wire. ....better than a dead phone i hate works like that, but if you have no other choice....

I have another i4, with sim problem. When i put a sim card, it's say no sim. i reboot the phone, and it's Locked SIM, but when i try to unlock, enter the pin, the phone freeze, i can't unlock the sim, i'm waiting....
