Member: 1012778 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 245 | Check if you have 1.6V at the Switch on the SIM-Holder when you open it. then check the VCC-SIM voltage in the Moment when you open the Switch. it must Pop up for a very short time. Also check for any low resistance on all 6 SIM-Contacts (except the GND) they must be in MOhm-range. |

Member: 475448 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60 | i can't jump it because it's 1megaohm, right? the 2 pads are missing, how do you do it? i think scratch the lines and solder with thin wire and the resistance... thanks a lot!!! |

Member: 1012778 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 245 | omg, that's bad! no Chance to grab the broken pad? maybe you can just solder a resistor to the Switch and connect it to the 1.8V line with a very small wire. ....better than a dead phone i hate works like that, but if you have no other choice.... Member: 475448 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60 | I have another i4, with sim problem. When i put a sim card, it's say no sim. i reboot the phone, and it's Locked SIM, but when i try to unlock, enter the pin, the phone freeze, i can't unlock the sim, i'm waiting.... |
