Unhappy IPhone 5s turns red lcd error 4013 during update


I got iPhone 5s hang on logo rebooting itself I try's update but screen turn fully red and getting error 4013 I already done changing U2 ic but same pls any master help me thanks

try to take out nand,restore will come error 40 without nand is ok.
erase and reprogram nand
