Iphone 6 booting issue

Hi guys

I got a unit iphone 6 which is weird for me

So basically early stage symptom was not charging at all when battery dead. When replace with new battery, phone booting perfectly and was charging. So i decided to replace u2 ic.

Afterwards i replaced u2 ic, as usual testing the phone with empty battery. First time was charging as could see from ampere meter 0.98A. But from the screen just appeared logo apple few seconds then blank but you still could see the backlight still on

I was about to check voltage from PP_BATT_VCC. The reading was fluctuated start from 3.8v- 4.2v-0v and kept repeating. PP_BATT_VCC no short at all

PP5V0_USB - 5.2v
PP_VCC_MAIN - 3.8v
PP3V0_TRISTAR - 3.0v

What have done
1. Replace u2 ic
2. Replace U1401
3. Replace U1601
4. Replace U1400

No luck at all

Status now phone booting for few 2nds then turn blank but backlight on. ampere when charging 0.93 - 0.98a. Pull the lighting cable then plug in back ampere will be 0.04 - 0.06a.

Thanks in advance for anyone can give me the suggestions what would be the next step.
