0,1 A is the standby amperage, it's high, and drain to 0V the battery.

i checked the small components next to the connector, but looks good.

any ideas?

Mmm 100mA is high indeed for standy, have you checked in diode resistance the pins of the LCD connectors?

it was u2 failure, but i don't know why it is after screen replacement.
