iPhone 6 Network & Microphone Problems

Hey,

I got this iPhone 6 from my aunt last Christmas. It used to have only one annyoing problem. When I'm talking on the phone suddenly my voice volume breaks down. The recipient on the other end usually complains that he can't hear me anymore. After 1-2 seconds it works again. I realized that my GSM network quality fluctuates a lot, so I thought there might be a problem with the antenna. So I exchanged the antenna, with no success. Then I thought it must be a microphone problem, but when I record with the voice recorder, it works flawlessly. I made a test call to my fixed phone and started humming into the mic. After a few seconds the volume breaks down and doesn't get back to normal, unless I stop humming. Then after a few seconds it breaks down again.

I saw this tutorial on Youtube where the guy fixes a problem with conductors under the baseband IC to repair phones that have no network connection at all. Might this have to do with the same IC? It is an A1586 and I think one of the first models. My knowledge of electronics tells me that is there is one faulty transistor in some amplifier circuit, because the voice is never completely gone, just very quiet.

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

Second problem is that the phone lags a lot, since I have installed iOS 11. It also had major crashes and display response problems, but those disappeared when I deleted the whole phone. Almost at the same time when I made the update, the phone fell on the ground. Can someone tell me if the lagging is a known firmware problem with iOS 11 or could it have something to do with the fall?

Cheers
