iphone 6 no boot

Hi, i have an iphone 6 after change lcd nothing.
filters are ok.
Sometimes the computer detect the phone 1seconde and after nothing

i don't find any short.

But C1500 (big caps near cpu) 0volt.

an ic seem burnt (in the picture)

No water damage, no long screw damage

The burnt ic need be to replace for boot or not ?

If C1500 no voltage...
then check testpoint TP2570 ( PP16V5_MESA )

if same then check U1503 ( Reball/Replace )

On the PP16V5_MESA line only any voltages if you tap the fingerprint.
