iphone 6 with strange problem


Hi All

i have strange problem with my iphone 6, when i use iphone normally everything is ok but when iphone goes standby and display off,iphone is useless and hasn't power to use. in these circumstances, when i remove battery and again put in to iphone, problem solved! it's not solution, i want to know what's problem that cause this issue? anyone help me? is this hardware problem? what can i do to fix it?

i think thats because of the BSI of the battery, the feedback voltage from the battery is not properly connected or loosed to the main circuit.

3pin of the battery is GND, VBat+ and BSI.

This BSI is also caused of not charging or in the iphone it shows "need to cool down"

in android phones, this problem is due to wi5y ic
