Hello the wifi chip gets hot and i removed it but after that goes on bootloop again and again. cant work without wifi ic or its another problem?

Error 9 its related with NAND.

Check Nand power supply (PP0V9 PP1V8 & PP3V0)

If this rails are ok and the board is clean, probably its nand fault.
