iPhone 6s plus not IMEI and "No service" - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, first sorry for my bad english. I am writing here due to the fact that I have a problem. I have replaced the NAND in my iPhone because before I was having the error 4013 in my iPhone. After I replaced the NAND I was having the error 4014 in my iPhone. I fixed it replacing the NAND for new one and upgrading to iOS 12. Now I have other problem, the iPhone has not IMEI and shows a warning and "No Service" in the top bar. And it only show the serial number. Somebody can help me? Thx
