IPhone 6s strange lcd problem


Hello guys
I have a gray color iPhone 6s it's came with broken display so I change original display ( I have some original glass changed lcds) but it's getting logo restart after few sec logo hanged than I replaced older broken display still same and I checked 5more lcds problem same but I have one white iPhone 6s I remove that display and check to this gray phone surprised it's work I'm so confused bcoz that gray phone only work for this white lcd otherwise I checked 4 aaa lcds and 5 original lcds problem same
Please i need a solution I checked lcd connector and near compounds it's perfect no more water damage no dry joints.........

Here is the pic phone is gray but work with white lcd customer can't accept this lcd bcoz home button is black
