iphone 7 (intel) unable to activate

Hi,

Customer come to my store with a Ipone 7 intel version with hang on apple logo I tried to restore and get error 4013 then I desolder nand and did format with jcpro and resolder the nand, restored with itunes and get to activation menu when I tried to acitvate but, I get "Unable to Activate" error, what I did to resolve this error:

1.Changed nand
2.Changed tirstar
3.Changed nfc ic and nfc boost ic
4.Changed tigris
3.Reballed baseband ic
4.Changed audio ic
5.Changed baseband power ic

I checked all didoe's value is normal and in 3UTools I can see the imei and baseband version even I inset a simcard to the device and I get service too.

Is there any solution to sovle this error.

Thanks in advanced.

jailbreak your phone and use this tool to read its serial an mac adress from the phone and compare it to the one that you have in 3utools
