You can leave it missing, that inductor is not needed as only the middle one is needed to close the circuit for the gsm antenna

(the one missing goes to ground, thats why not needed)

no need to put the parts missing just connect the two terminal pads it dosn't affect the signal.. i just leave it open or make jumper..
