bro i replaced my iph 5 volume rocker strip since then my main iph mic stop working i installed new firmware still not working hardrest n also replaced new dock with mic but still its not working kindly help me
i'am from pakistan n there is no apple store

so i have to do it myself

Hi everyone in this forum and happy holidays .

I just bought an iPhone 4 from a friend , actually the phone was dropped hard and the back cover was destroyed , also now the left speaker doesn't work only the right one , but the main problem is that even with original carrier's sim card i have no signal , and the WiFi reception is so low , even if am closer to the source .

So here is what i thing , since the left speaker doesn't work maybe the wifi and GSM signal level is amplified by some hardware near the left speaker ; so maybe because of the drop the amplifier ( or some antenna) was destroyed or something.

Can someone help me solve this problem ??

HI, I have iPhone 3gs that turns off sudenly while using and also with no service problem but if i search network manually i find all networks in my area including the one i'm using please help me i'm with this problem for 2 months, thanks in advance

iphone 4s droped into water. 2 days after i cleaned everything with 95% alcohol, dried it up with a heat gun too. Its still dead, wont turn on. Everything there look fine though, could barely see any corrosion. Any guide how to check power with a multimeter? I dont have a clue what stops the phone from turning on.

is there any body how have found solution for this that ipod touch 4th gen dead after screen replacement.

this happened with me second time first ipod was completely dead and now this turned on after replacing screen but when i put the metal part back screen went white i did power and home button solution as normal but ipod gone dead and its just doning this twice it came to white screen and when i try to button combination it does't come back to life.

i connect it to computer but its not responding and i connect it with charger but nothing.

some time board felt hot from the top side.

did some one get any solution for this???????

First off, the phone is not water damaged, never dropped, no short between pin 1 ans pin 4, battery good (tested in working phone), wifi and Bluetooth works, imei bb good, and logic board looks just as new. It does get a little warm around pmic/flash mem area when connected to power but seems normal. I think I'm the first to take back cover off.

Main problem is that the phone will not turn on at times without disconnecting battery, and freeze and restarts during boot. I can restore with iTunes if the phone don't suddenly restart or turn off during process. I did get white screen, then went black once. If i manage to get into main screen, when i try to open any main application apps (weather, mail, safari) it open blank or just close. Seems to be logic board issue not software. Any help greatly appreciated.

Ts pa help naman sa 3gs ko.. kc lumalabas ung ( charger not supported ) pero orig po ung charger !!
sinubukan ko papalitan ung battery at dock nya ganun pa rin ang error!!!!
