Iphone5 - u2 ic (1608) part


Is someone familiar with this part ? i have heard that this part can be replaced in case of "phone won't power on" .
someone known more information about this part and to which components on the board it's connected to and how does it effects the phone ?

this part usb controller ic. when battery drain fast or wont power on just change this ic.

From Hungary. In my local service try replace, but with no result. The phone wont turm on.
Need professional.

Can You repair it??
