Hi,

P7PRO and P7S both of them just support BGA70 Nand.(iPhone 6S,6SP,7,7P and some models of iPad with BGA70 Nand chip.)
It means both of them not support iPhone 6 Nand.
The difference between P7Pro and P7S is Display.
P7S has a display and you don't need a PC to repair the Nand.
P7Pro has not a display and you need a PC to repair the Nand.
You can connect both of them to PC and repair the Nand by PC too.

I hope this will help you.
